We are very interested in Microsoft's new Silverlight technology, and plan to implement it down the road into new sites that we do, not
necessarily TextureArchive.com. We did a quick test page with their "Deep Zoom" technology and used the Panorama images to see how well
it can handle large files. Check out the test page here:

09.11.07 I wanted to let you know that TextureArchive.com is switching hosts in the next few days.
This means that as we transfer the domain name over there will be some downtime.
We will put up a simple splash page to prevent an database activity, allowing us to back-up the current database
to upload to the new server.
We will double check that everything is working and then restore the full site
to the public again.
We are excited about this first stage of about 3 or 4 that we will be rolling out over the next few months.
We are moving from a server with about 12 gigs of space and 150 gigs of bandwidth a month to a server with 350 gigs
of space and 3,500 gigs of bandwidth a month. This will be needed down the road to handle the new features we will be implementing.
